This project required a full clean out and expansion of the existing pond, as well as the installation of a new intake pipe into the deepest part of the pond for an irrigation system.

We installed a turbidity curtain to prevent silt and debris from getting into Lake Ontario, and a coffer dam approximately 2 metres high to hold back 4-5 feet of water.

The old pump chamber was removed and a new pump chamber was installed. A 400mm PVC pipe was put out 30 metres into Lake Ontario, complete with anchored headwall and intake screen, to feed into a force main. This feeds the golf course pond as storage so that Loyalist Country Club has irrigation all summer long.
